2. On-Mountain Activities

• Hiking:  Soak in the stunning fall foliage before it’s blanketed in snow! Autumn hikes are a perfect way to enjoy crisp mountain air, take in the views, and get your legs in shape before ski season begins. It’s beautiful, refreshing, and great preseason conditioning all in one.

3. Pre-Ski Conditioning

• Get your body ready for the slopes now so you can ride longer and feel better all season! Start working in simple leg and core exercises like squats, lunges, step-ups, planks, and balance drills. These movements build strength, stability, and endurance—helping you carve with more control and reduce the risk of injury once the snow starts to fly.
