Birches Mountain Restaurant is conveniently located upstairs in the Elmwood Lodge. Rustic birch trees are scattered throughout the restaurant, along with floor-to-ceiling windows that give great views of skiers and riders coming down the snowy slopes.
Enjoy an assortment of wines by the glass or beer on tap while resting tired ski legs, and pick from a menu of classic American cuisine and hearty New England dishes that will warm you up!
