At Ragged Mountain Resort, we offer seasonal learn to ski and ride programs which are perfect for people of intermediate skill levels. Before enrolling, skiers should be able to ride chairlifts and comfortably ski intermediate terrain without a wedge. Snowboarders should also know how to safely ride a chairlift and should be able to make controlled, linked turns on intermediate terrain. If you're looking for beginner friendly programs, our Adventure Camp is perfect for the little ones, while the Bebe Wood Program is perfect for beginners of all ages!
Participants will spend their time in a friendly, group environment that makes learning fun. Half and full-day programs include breaks in the Learning Center with snacks and hot chocolate provided!
Do you want your child to meet new friends and enjoy exploring the mountain as much as you do? Then our Children's Seasonal Ski Program is perfect for you! Register your child for a winter-long adventure with the Ragged Mountain Resort Learning Center.
This 10 week program kicks off Saturday, January 5, 2019 and is perfect for intermediate athletes age 7-14. This half-day program is held on Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The last week of the program will include a fun race in the Barnyard and a pizza party!
Price of enrollment does not include a lift ticket or season pass.

Ragged Mountain Resort is excited to announce our second year of the enhanced ski program specifically designed for women! Led by PSIA Certified Ski Instructor, Maria Burrill, this 5 week, skier-only program starts on Sunday, January 13, 2019. This program is perfect for mom's who may have little ones enrolled in any of our other seasonal programs or any women looking to take her skills on hill to a new level. The program will run from 10am until noon, meeting outside the Meeting House Lodge ant 9:45.
Participants will hone their technique while exploring the beauty of Ragged Mountain through guided discovery and specific instruction for mastering all-terrain skiing. Each week will focus on a new skill set and an introduction to trails that commensurate with the lesson of the day!
We will work on dynamic skiing, introduce moguls, and explore the glades. The program is designed for women to build confidence while making good friends, with a focus on just having fun! On our final week, we will free ski together, ski through some race gates, take pictures, and share stories from the past season!

Are you looking to get out on the slopes and meet some new people, all while working on your technique? This Ragged Mountain Legends Program may be just the thing for you! Led by Harlen O'Brien, this 5 week skier-only program starts on Monday, January 7, 2019 for only $39 a day! This program is ideal for people looking to hone their technical ability while forming some long lasting friendships.
Participants will make use of all forms of terrain that beautiful Ragged Mountain has to offer. From skiing in the trees to crashing some slalom gates, participants will have an opportunity to explore everything that the wonderful world of skiing has to offer! The program runs from 10:00 to noon, at which point participants will break for lunch where a video review session of the day's training will be offered. This is a chance you won't want to pass up!
