How We're Working to Improve Your Experience!

Work has begun on building a new Guest Services area in what was known as the Discovery Center. Ticketing, season pass pick-up and general information will all move to the new space better suited to making your experience easier and faster. But, that’s not the only way we’re going to improve tickets and season passes.

The best part for you is Ragged Mountain's new partnership established with Team Axess, a leading manufacturer of ticketing and access management systems based in Austria. Axess currently has roughly 18,000 gates installed worldwide with more than 106 million active RFID cards. Their most notable ski resort installations include Killington, Sugarbush, Alta, and Snowbird, plus our neighbors Gunstock and Mount Sunapee. This partnership with Axess will allow us to more effectively serve you by providing you with a unique, reloadable RFID card granting you access to any lift without the need to stop by Guest Services once you've picked up your card.

Once you've picked up your $5, unique RFID card at Guest Services you can then reload it with everything from a Mission: Affordable season pass, to day tickets, and the new 4 hour flex ticket! It’s all about speeding up the process of getting you from your car to the lift as fast as possible.
