This weeks cold temperatures have our snowmaking team busy expanding on open skiable acreage. We plan to open Birches, Upper & Lower Exhibition, and Town Meeting totaling 29 Trails and all 5 Lifts - providing you access to the slopes. Snow surfaces have consistently been machine groomed primarily and loose granular secondary of recent. You may not have any snow in your backyard, but winter is thriving at Ragged Mountain - the trails have thick bases and you know how great our grooming is! Just take a peek at our webcam and see for yourself!

This Saturday, January 23 Meier Skis will be providing a number of models and shapes to try out on-snow for FREE. This on-snow demo will be located slope-side of Elmwood Lodge from 9:00am to 4:00pm, in the market for new skis - be sure to check it out!

Food and Beverage:

Our mountain-side Birches Restaurant offers incredible views of skiers and riders coming down Village Green, dining will be open this Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am to 4:30pm. Have you tried our take-out food yet? We now have integrated mobile phone food ordering in our APP and the Harvest Cafe menu is available 10:30am to 3:00pm Friday through Sunday. You can find the take-out or pick-up window on the Bricks along the main corridor entrance to the mountain. This convenience allows you to order from the chairlift or perhaps in your car as you are in route to make some turns!

Uphill Traffic now has a NEW Route:

Uphill Skiing is open for the season and our new route sends you up Pines, Reggae Glades, across the intersection atop Wild Side and into an off-piste section under the powerlines to the summit! Please be sure to check in with Guest Services and allow us to notify Ski Patrol of your presence - for your safety. A current season pass or uphill ticket ($10) is required.
