Wild Terrain Parks

Welcome back rippers and shredders to another great season at the Ragged Mountain terrain parks. All  the rangers have been working diligently to create diverse parks so to provide progressive terrain. The layout of the Wild Side/ Ride is going to be similar to last years with some major new elements being added. Such as a C box, a healthy rail garden, a massive 2" by 6" down flat down rail, and a new fun box. With the backyard boxes all being fixed and new snow making we 'll be able to fit some rad 10' table top jumps followed by easy rail/box features.

The Smart Style Program:

There are four main messages that are associated with Smart Style:

1. MAKE A PLAN
   Every time you use freestyle terrain, make a plan for each feature you want to use. Your speed, approach and take off will directly affect your maneuver and landing.
2. LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP
   Scope around the jumps first, not over them. Know your landings are clear and clear yourself out of the landing area.
3. EASY STYLE IT
   Start small and work your way up. (Inverted aerials not recommended).
4. RESPECT GETS RESPECT
   From the lift line through the park.
