Dinner Under the Stars
Dinner served 6pm.
$25 per person, not including tax or gratuity
Starter-Baby Spinach and plum tomato dip with assorted crackers and breads for dipping
Appetizer-Crab stuffed muchrooms topped with a cilantro cream sauce and mini Brie and raspberry in phyllo dough
Salad-Iceberg lettuce wedge with a warm bacon blue cheese dressing
Dinner (choice of one)
Chicken Florentine- a statler breast, herb roasted and stuffed with fresh spinach and smoked gouda cheese. Served with tri-color Orzo with chives and shaved parmesan
Wildwood Planked Salmon-Fresh Atlantci Salmon roasted in our brick oven on a cedar plank and topped with a fresh garden herb cream sauce. Served with apple-fennel coleslaw
Dessert-Deep fried cheesecake with raspberry sauce
